Its got a high performance chrome alternator. edelbrock valve covers, a turbo 700r transmission with fresh oil and a BnM Trickshift 3speed automatic. Dual Rear exhaust n dual gasoline tanks. Oil has been changed faithfully every 3000miles. The truck itself has got 33xxx original miles. The guy i got it from had it lowered and used to have slicks on it and used to race it i guess. Didnt drive it much. Was a pretty wealthy individual. It is my daily driver so this could change over time. It doesnt leak any fluids nor does it burn oil, its still a golden brown when i gets changed after 3000 miles. Its got a 4inch lift (leafsprings) Its got the original (The good ones) KM1 bf goodrigh mudd terrain tires (35/12.5/15) with about 90% tread on them with premier Chrome rims....nothing cheap! (Even wear-been rotated faithfully) There was a new wiring harness installed for trailors last year! All electrical wires and switches are in proper condition. no shorts of anykind. Its got a nice billet grill, billet alluminum dash panels A Classic Wood Steering Wheel a genuine polished hardwood walnut finsh. its got bucket seats but the center back rest can be folded down for cup holders and underneath seat there is a storage space. Truck is Black in Color and there is minimal oxidation on the top of the cab but nothing major. Its got new bearings, new rotors, new calipers, new brakes, new upper and lower ball joints, new tie rods, then i got it aligned. Spent about 1000.00 just doing this...less then 3000 miles ago. Its an absolute climbing machine. never let me down or left me anywhere. Drives Straight, does not pull or wonder. Clean Title never been wrecked and the Frame is straight! Details: 1958 Chevy Apache for sale. All original. 235 ci straight six, 4 speed, granny 1st. I have all the original chrome emblems, I never put them on the truck so they wouldn´t deteriorate. Unknown actual mileage. Needs body work. Drivetrain is sound. Runs good. Clean title. The drivers door shuts but you really have to slam it. It´s sagging quite a bit and I´m pretty sure the problem is in the lower hinge. The heater doesn´t work, not sure if it´s the switch or what on that one. I´ve never driven it in the winter since it was a 2x4 pickup so that´s never been a problem. The wood in the bed is rotted out, I have a piece of plywood laying across the bed right now. The engine runs well, a little rough when it´s cold but once it is warmed up it´s good to go, the valve cover gasket is leaking oil but that´s a piece of cake to change. The only spot where the rust has gone all the way through is the lower left, drivers side, corner of the cab. The tires have been on the truck a long time and they are starting to crack on the outside, they hold air, I just don´t think I would take up to 60 mph. I don´t think the wipers work either, not that the wipers are in that good of shape anyway. I think that is pretty much it as far as the little things go. The biggest thing is the drivers side door, it´s alway shut hard, but it has gotten worse the last couple years.A lady in New Mexico bought it brand new and used it for a farm truck to feed hay to her cattle. Tie off the steering wheel, put it in granny low, and hop in the back and throw hay out to the cattle. Kinda cool. Then it sat in a field for 20 or so years, then she moved it under a tree and there it sat for another 10. My dad came across it and bought it off of her for a restoration project, the engine was rebuilt and drive train were completely gone through about 12 - 15 years ago and he got about 1/2 way done with the interior. The mileage on the odometer is the mileage since the engine was rebuilt, somewhere around 7800. My dad used it as his daily driver when he was in New Mexico then we moved to Wisconsin and he didn´t drive it much. 10 years in Wisconsin then I bought it off of him and he brought it out to me in Oregon about 2 years ago and I´ve never got Oregon plates for it. Now I´m choosing to sell it instead of driving it.
